Beyonce Knowles Takes Bite Out Of Apple

Enjoying some time on the East Coast, Beyoncé Knowles was spotted out and about in New York City yesterday afternoon (August 11). The “Run the World (Girls)” songstress looked summertime sexy in a colorful dress as she stepped out of her chauffeured car to find shutterbugs waiting for her. As for her four-night stand at the Roseland Ballroom in Manhattan, it seems Beyonce is a sell-out queen. Tickets to all four gigs were gone in a matter of minutes. Her label Columbia Records tweeted, “It’s official @Beyonce’s 4th & final show at Roseland Ballroom is SOLD OUT! That’s a total of 4 sold out shows next week!”

Beyoncé's father, Mathew Knowles, manages Destiny's Child. Her mother, Tina Knowles, designs their glittering costumes. Solange Knowles, her sister (they're about 5 years apart), has released her debut album. She dances with her big sister during DC-3 concerts.

Nadine Coyle Unable To Run Her Legs Are So Skinny

The Girls Aloud singer – who is a UK size 6 to 8 and has been criticised in the past for her slim frame –struggled to keep up with her bandmates when they used to exercise together, according to Kimberley Walsh.

She told Zest magazine: “Some days, we’d all work out together. It was very amusing. Nadine can’t run at all. Her legs are so thin, all she does is say: ‘It hurts. It hurts to run.’”

While Kimberley would love to lose weight, she admitted she doesn’t have the willpower and says she has learned to be happy with her “normal” figure.




She explained in the new issue of Zest magazine: ““I know I could be thinner but then I couldn’t eat much and I love chocolate cakes and biscuits with a cup of tea. No matter what diet I’m on, I’ll never turn down chocolate. It’s my guilty pleasure.



“I hate the word ‘normal’ but that’s what I am. Not fat. Not thin. I have a bit of cellulite – every woman in this country does – small or big. Lea Michele 'Glee' Star, 'Will My Boobies Be Bigger' In 3D

The cast of "Glee" spends enough time playing high-schoolers to know about the pressures that come with being a teen. So if being on the big screen wasn’t uncomfortable enough, the McKinley High gang have a whole new dimension to worry about in "Glee: The 3D Concert Movie," opening today.




"Two dimensions is the right amount," star Chris Colfer joked when we caught up with him at the film's junket recently. But he won't get off that easily! We just had to ask him and the rest of the "Glee"sters which feature they were most excited to see in 3D.

Both Amber Riley and Jenna Ushkowitz thought of their lovely locks. "I want to see hair whipping at me," Jenna said.

Co-star Lea Michele’s head was in a slightly different place. "Will my boobies be bigger?" she asked. (At least she's gotten over the whole nose thing.)



Kevin McHale went with a sweeter answer. "I think Heather [Morris] is my favorite feature in 3D," he said. Aww. Is life imitating art(ie)?

Lea Michele Sarfati was born in The Bronx, New York to parents Edith and Marc Sarfati. Her mother, a nurse, is Italian American and Roman Catholic, while her father, a delicatessen owner, is of Spanish-Sephardic Jewish ancestry. Even though she was born in New York, Lea was raised in Tenafly, New Jersey where she eventually attended and graduated from Tenafly High School.



At the age of eight years old, Lea went with a friend to an open casting call for an up-and-coming musical. After spontaneously deciding to audition, she was offered the role and, two weeks later, she was starring on Broadway. Lea debuted on Broadway in 1995 as a replacement for the role of "Young Cosette" in the original New York production of "Les Misérables". Following her theatrical debut in "Les Misérables", Lea was cast in the role of Tateh's daughter, "the Little Girl", in the 1998 original Broadwaycast of "Ragtime" and, in 2004, Lea portrayed "Shprintze" and "Chava" in the Broadway revival of the musical "Fiddler on the Roof".




When she was fourteen-years-old, Lea was given the role of "Wendla" in Steven Sater and Duncan Sheik's musical version of "Spring Awakening", starring in early workshops to off-Broadway and, finally, originating the role in the Broadway production at the age of twenty. Around the same time that the show was set to go to Broadway, Lea was offered the role of "Eponine" in the Broadway revival of "Les Misérables". However, she chose to remain with "Spring Awakening", which debuted on Broadway in December 2006. Lea was later nominated for a Drama Desk Award for her performance in "Spring Awakening" in the category of Outstanding Actress in a Musical. After two years of starring in "Spring Awakening", Lea left the show with co-star and good friend, Jonathan Groff, to pursue more performing opportunities.

In early 2009, Lea won the role of "Rachel Berry" on the FOX television smash hit, "Glee" (2009), and since the show's premiere on May 19, 2009, Lea has since received worldwide critical and public acclaim for her performance on the show. She received the 2009 Satellite Award for Best Actress in a Series, Comedy or Musical and later won a Screen Actors Guild Award, as well. Along with her award wins, Lea has also received Golden Globe, Emmy, and Teen Choice Award nominations. Kara Tointon And Artem Chigvintsev Move In Together

Strictly Come Dancing winner Kara Tointon has revealed she has set up home with lover Artem Chigvintsev – but tointon is in no rush to walk down the aisle.

Tointon Kara – who met on the BBC One dance show – have moved in together and former EastEnder Tointon said she is “enjoying having that nice settled feeling”.




Kara Tointon & Artem posed together at their new north London flat for Hello! but told the magazine that marriage was not on the cards yet.

Kara said: “I dream of getting married one day, but at the moment artem and kara tointon are just happy being happy.

“Don’t get me wrong, I would love to. But my parents never married and are still together. I would rather have a nice life together than worry about a silly date.” said kara tointon and artem chigvintsev



Artem Chigvintsev and Kara Tointon began dating after hooking up during last year’s Strictly although Kara said she had planned to stay “single for two years”.

Kara Tointon strictly had also decided to give up acting to become an interior designer with the money from Strictly financing her college studies.

But her meeting with her Russian dance partner and a leading role in West End theatre production Pygmalion stifled both plans.




Tointon – whose flat is now the home for their Strictly glitterball trophy – said she and her boyfriend are like chalk and cheese.

Standing at an average 5ft 5in, with a cheeky glint in her deep brown eyes we have Kara Tointon - a girl who is anything but average. Not only is she a wonderful actress but she is also highly trained in dance, specializing in Aerobics, Ballet, Bass-Baritone, Cabaret Singing, Choreography, Contemporary, Jazz and Tap. In her spare time she enjoys painting, swimming and skiing. She is a girl with endless talents.




But Kara often likes to take a step back from the limelight to spend time with her family and friends who she strives to spend as much time with as possible. Her mother and younger sister Hannah in particular, who recently moved away from Essex to London to be closer to her. Kara is also a keen shopper and likes to spend hours at a time rooting around London for rare, one-off outfits. Fading into the background isn't her style.




2004 was a great year for Kara. Not only did she appear in Mile High but she has recently returned to her former Dream Team role as Gina Milliano. Kara longed for a regular role in a hit TV show and it looks like her dream maybe have come true.

Rachel Stevens stepped out with her daughter Amelie in London today. Stevens Rachel was wearing Bold and bright colored pants she matched up the pants with a plain top and and a black jacket while Rachael Stevens pushed her eight month old in her stroller.

Stevens Rachel was born 9 April 1978 in London. Rachel started drama school at the age of 5. At 15 she was picked from 5000 people to win a modelling competition organised by Just 17 magazine. She did some modelling work and she then went to the London School of Fashion to study the fashion business. She got a diploma and then moved into fashion PR. Then at age 21 she joined the pop group S Club 7.




With the end of S Club 7, she signed a four-album solo deal with Polydor Records and agreed to become a spokesmodel for Pretty Polly tights and hosiery.
